How JoinContest is organized

Your Account. Your Spaces. Your Contests.

An Account is your home on JoinContest. Each Space is a home for a group or location. Contests are the competitions you run inside a Space—one ruleset, one leaderboard, one clear winner.

FAQ

Common questions

What is JoinContest?

JoinContest is a contest platform. You create an Account, add Spaces for your groups or locations, and run Contests with rules, participants, scoring, and leaderboards.

What is a Space?

A Space is where your contests live—it can represent a golf club, bar, charity, company, family group, league, or online community. A Space is broader than a physical venue.

Do I need a live queue?

No. Queues are great for on-site events like simulator nights, but many contests run async over days or weeks with leaderboards only.

How many Spaces are included?

The basic plan includes 2 Spaces on one Account—$9.00 per month or $90.00 per year.

Can participants join from their phones?

Yes. Each contest has a branded page where participants join, pay optional entry fees, and follow standings.

How do entry fees work?

Entry fees are optional. Connect Stripe on a Space to collect contest payments; platform billing for your Account is separate.
